WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In the event that you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation. If the order has not been processed by this time we will be glad to reverse the transaction.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you need to make an exchange please contact us within 48 hours of order arrival to the provided shipping address. We will allow an exchange of size or color for items that are unworn and in new condition. We will not be able to exchange items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. You must send us the item back for inspection and exchange processing. It is at our discretion whether or not we grant an exchange upon inspection of the items. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically take 7-14 days to be delivered. Our items are made to order, so we do not typically ship orders immediately. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do ship internationally. Keep in mind some countries require taxes, duties and fees that will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for more information.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCTS?

For the absolutely best results, we do not advise using a household washer and dryer to care for our products. Dry clean is the best options and ensures the integrity of the items.
